WynieSteyn Posted November 3, 2011 Share Hi there I have a Bulls 29er and always thought that my "ztr crest" wheelset is very light and that I must save weight on other places! But my bike still weighed more than my buddies similar bikes. . .then I had bto put on some new tyres and decided to weight my wheelset. . .It came in at 1844g. . .and I think thats quite heavy. . .I have ZTR Crest 29er rims front and back and then a 200g novatec hub in front(know its heavy) but now the question is: How do I figure out what spokes I have? and how do I know what make and model my black rear hub is? ThanksWynand
Tankman Posted November 4, 2011 Share How do I figure out what spokes I have? and how do I know what make and model my black rear hub is? Post a photo on the hub and your questions will be answered!
Tankman Posted November 4, 2011 Share Post a photo on the hub and your questions will be answered! Oh I meant post a photo here not on the hub of your wheel! Edited November 4, 2011 by Tankman
Iron Posted November 4, 2011 Share Any good branded spoke will have a logo at the end of it ( the bend where it goes through the hub ) . as Tankman said take a close up of that and post it , some bright spark will then give you a answer.
Domestiquehated Posted November 4, 2011 Share No one really "owns" the hub - it is a shared resource for cycling enthusiasts...
