Anyone know how its made? It had the following ingredients (from what I remember) YoghurtMilkOatsHoneyPeanut butterBanana Thanks. INGREDIENTS 2 tsp. peanut butter, smooth1 medium ripe banana, frozen and peeled1 tbsp. honey1 tablespoon oatbran or oats½ cup milk, low fat/fat free or soya milk½ cup rooibos & honey yoghurt METHOD Add all the ingredients together.Liquidize or blend till smooth.Add crushed ice (optional).COOK’S TIP: Try a pinch of cinnamon or a drop of vanilla for extra variety.
