The most miss-quoted line EVER.

Only if you think that Lance Armstrong was the first and only person to use those words.

Ironic, considering that he was known to be pretty anal about his equipment.

First, yes. Only? Not by a long shot!

Dude if you really think the first cyclist to use the words "its not about the bike" was Lance than you really have some serious issues.

You guys are nuts wahaha

I had a killer time with Bikeparksa out in Karkloof, to be honest I haven't really ridden out there and its maybe 20 min from my place. We rode a trail that is up there with the best in the World, I wish I had taken my TRC. I thought it would be fun to test out a cross bike since I had never been off road on one.... it was rough, but a load of fun

I hope its because of the crap weather that you guys are on forums rather then the trails, and not because 29ers aren't that much fun.... JK

Ciao

P.S Get on a TRC, they are life changing

Or a KTM..

Why you not doing Roof this year?

Guys...Guys..Guys...and Gals

The answer is simple. Have as many bikes as you possibly can in your garage, ride all of them, and appreciate them for their pro's and con's. Improve your skills, and ride them all like you stole them....which you may have to do, to have a number of bikes in your garage.....

At the end of the day 2 wheels, frame, drivetrain etc....it's up to you how you ride it after that.

with posts at 15:50, 18:00 and 5:44 it sounds like you are more like a slave than a person getting paid to sit behind a desk :P GAL

Maybe so, but I was riding my bike while you posted that

I find a PK to be much more effective in the AM than a bitch slap.

I stand by what i said, if anyone thinks that in 200 years of cycling Lance was the first person to use the words "its not about the bike" then they have serious issues.

Well, he did not have the balls to do anything about it.
