Seeker911 Posted October 9, 2012 Share Hi JGR 05h39. Finally after 10 x 70.3's I finally broke 6 hours!! Was a fast course but a lot longer than the previous Midlands course. Had the best day of my racing career by far. Now to repeat everything I did for the last week before every race! How did Seeker go? I did a 6h41 would have liked it to be closer to 6h00 maybe next time. Managed to get a bad calf cramp on the swim leg. Good thing I can swim and did not panic. I was not as quick as I would have liked as a result but managed to finish ok. The weather was perfect for racing. Organization was good I did not see any drafting of any sort and refs seemed busy with trivial matters. Not sure how the timing works but the results say I was marginally slower than you on the swim but I am damn sure I saw come past me at the start of the cycle leg.
