studioph Posted May 28, 2012 Share I bought some weeks ago GIANT 29er at Action Cycling Cape Town (Waterkant) and realised that they offered the best price for this entry level bike. A few hundred rand difference with all the other suppliers in the Western Cape. The delivery was quick and professional. I asked to put liner in both tubes and I got it even for free. Two weeks later I drove at Ezels fontein near Ceres and hit thorns and had two flats inmediately. It worked out that Action Cycling forgot to put the liners in. After a telephone call to the shop in Cape Town late afternoon Mr. Norbrega apologised and took over. It was too late for sending a courier Cap[e Town - Tulbag so he arranged that the following morning people from a hardware shop in Tulbagh collected in Wellington two new tubes with slime in it and two liners. Mr. Norbrega then phoned me that I could collect the tubes and liners and that everything was paid for. In the afternoon I cycle again and even better then before !! This was OUTSTANDING SUPPORT and yes they made a mistake in the beginning but the professional reaction in taking over the problem from the first call till the end was fantastic. taken in to account that I bougth a "cheap entry level bike" Well done Mr. Norbrega Dustbin Dog and Thinkbeeg

Hairy Posted May 28, 2012 Share Action Cycles are a solid cycle shop and no matter where you look, you will be very hard pressed to find a Giant anywhere else at a better price too.
