I had my bike upside down today, and for the first time noticed these bolt holes in the Phenom, upon googling, this is apparently what it is for. RocknRolla Posted June 8, 2021 Share Bought this for the missus. Best price I could find online, and it's BT and ant+ https://brandhubb.com/garmin-hrm-dual-heart-rate-monitor-010-12883-00-6519 ( initially thought it was a scam website, but item was delivered yesterday)

I've been using the Stan's one for a good few years, only downside is that I sometimes struggle to get a grip on it when the valve core is stuck, maybe the PT will be better because of it's shape? Ive seen those, but personally, I think the Varia looks extra awkward up there. It does have the World Tour data logger look to it though.
