Jirr, their prices have jumped! Or is it just my imagination? Pronutro's fighting back; I saw it at the supermarket for R19, down from R26!

The whole family have been using it since the beginning of the year. Great sustained energy throughout the morning. I can feel the difference if I try eat anything else for breakfast.

Yip. Mostly Dischem but my local Pick n Pay also carries stock.

I haven't seen it before, but will definitely give it a try.

 

Always a mission to get breakfast with some protein in it so this looks good
