hi i purchases a bib from a seller on hub from pta. The seller goes under the name maestro inports.i recieved the item.however i was not pleased with the size of the bib. I contacted manny the seller requesting a refund as i urgently needed one for 94.7 and i would not be able to recieve a biger size before the race. Manny suggested she has to charge 15% handling fee. Is this fair am i not protected by the CPA in any way.i send the bib back by post sent a tracking number and requested my refund . Its been about 8 days manny has not replied to my mail and does not answer the phone .what do i do.hubbers pls help.
