Seeker911 Posted July 3, 2013 Share After a week of being ill with der infamous snotty nose I went for a run this morning @ 5. Damn it was slow. Slowest time ever for that route. The over thing is my resting heart rate has gone from 47 to 60 overnight. I cant get it below about 58.
Seeker911 Posted July 10, 2013 Share Its getting there slowly. Bit of slippage here and there. Calves are tired today.
dee_biker Posted July 10, 2013 Share Only really maintaining... This bleddie cold weather makes it really tough... Getting up at 4am in the morning with 500 layers to go out on your bike with a 200lumen light is tough... But something magical about being on top of a mountain climb at 6am in the morning... Must say, getting easier... Just do it! Edited July 10, 2013 by dee_biker
