Very good article and some great insight into just how tough this sport is. Very proud of where SA cycling is going, keep it up guys(and girls!)!

Very lekker. But hey, Africa ain't for sissies either. One day (and not too far away, I hope) we'll have our own boykies up there on the main podiums.

Yea, watched that on http://thetourtracker.com last night, he sure gave it horns in the break up the final climb, and won the most combative rider of the day jersey. Quite a big oke though ...

 

Somewhere north of 80kg and quite big shoulders with it, but he makes it all count - only Jan Ullrich has scored better power numbers at SSISA - at least that was the case a couple years back..
