canfan Posted August 29, 2013 Share Also doing the 12 week program from Fittrack. Using it more to just have a guideline. Have Van Gaalens, 3 Towers and Cratercruise coming up. Will probably only take the road bike about a week before the time to see if everything still works.

pastapouch Posted August 29, 2013 Share started a 16 week programme, though a triathlon, but aiming to go under 3 hours. Crap part is, week 2 took 2 weeks, and week 3 as well...not the ideal start. cat-i and Bonus

I have been training regularly on the IDT (4-5 times a week) and did some Saturday rides and Friday from work, so I am still pretty fit I think. will test it on Sunday at the dome
Dazshell Posted August 30, 2013 Share In Durban we have had to start a bit earlier. Engen Cycle Challenge next week and AmaShova on 13 October. I managed to do 1200kms in the off season so should be okay. All outdoors too. Gotta love Durban weather.
