Not much you can do except for respray it over the top, or try polishing the scratches out.

You can get a specialised paint for overcoating powder coated surfaces, but I am not sure how much you need that - certainly you can paint a powder coated surface with automotive 2k paints.

How bad is the damage?

Perhaps you could try one of the mobile car paint services - like the paint bull - haven't ever used them, but seen some work done by them and it looked ok.

Great topic, I am needing the exact same answer, one of my guys scratched a new installation of mine. It's either I have to strip and re-coat  or if I can touch up even better.

These are data centre CRAC units that have some damages/scratches down to metal.I thought of airbrush type of repair.Maybe your car okes are the answer.Too deep to polish out

I accept the repair will not be powder coat but it will be relatively not visible

Personally I would just strip out the scratched bits and send them to be re-powder coated - matching the finish is going to be tricky..

You might also try a window installer/manufacturer who works with powdercoated windows - I will get you a number off my phone - which is at home... hold tight a while...

Wise Cracks (windscreen repair place) have a new business call Wise Touch. They come to your house, mix paint on site and remove scratches, chips etc. Perhaps they can do the same for you.

Not sure what their prices are.

If the scratches are too deep to polish out you will need quite a lot of prep work if you are expecting the repair to be invisible?
