Campagnolo Centaur Adjusting Sleeve

The adjusting sleeve on my Campagnolo Centaur Hubs (back and front) have both broken and need to be replaced. No one carries these spares anymore and the Campagnolo agents are saying 6 weeks if there is stock overseas. so i have 2 questions.

 

1. Does anyone know where i can get replacements at a reasonable price or know anyone that might have these "laying around"?

 

2. Can any of the newer sleeves fit and be used as a replacement?

 

I believe the part no is HB-DA019
