PC Coach Software

Anyone using the PC Coach software for training. Started using it a week back. Want to know if this is worthwile or not?

According to the programme workout, I will do a 5km TT every 4 weeks to measure progress. Did my first one this morning:

5.10 km at 00:08:53 avr 34.4km/h. Dont know if this is good or bad.

the only way you know if it's good is on improving your time the next time you do the TT, that is the hole idea, not to see if you are good, but to train yourself to become good.
