Matt Posted December 3, 2013 Share Johan Rabie from Team NuWater has been crowned winner of the 2013 Die Burger PPA Cycle Tour in Stellenbosch today as he out-cycled stiff competition from team mate Evan Carstens and Team Swift’s Stefan Ihenfeldt who placed second and third respectively.
