Batmanza Posted March 26, 2014 Share Stage 3 arrived and riders walked around the campsite a bit more lethargically today as we prepared for the long haul to Greyton. Click here to view the article

SwissVan Posted March 27, 2014 Share Great stuff and nice pictures Quote: "We had been climbing steadily for 40kms now and we had more district road in store, I looked around the group for my partner and dismay. I thought he was behind me but he was nowhere to be seen. I stopped for a short while worried that he might have had a technical issue but moved along after a brief wait" Ha ha know the feeling, happened to me and my partner in 2011 on stage 2 or 3...Thinking my partner was a bit further back I stopped to take a picture at the top of a stiff little climb and while taking the picture he went past me without either of us seeing each other....I waited and waited thinking he must have a problem, even went back down the climb to look for him...meanwhile having passed me unawares he was riding faster trying to catch up to me.... Luckily we did not cross any timing mats and found each other eventually...the first tense words of the week passed our lips then...
