Andrew at stoke deserves a mention on this forum. It is very seldom that one experiences service that is way above expectations. They are highly recommended.

Keep up the good work guys and thanks for the unbelievable turn around time.

Eraser: Lefty's are within the fold of their skill-set if I recall.

Ample parking and easy in-and-out access off Eastern and the N2 too.

I concur......the Andrews are doing it right.....easy to approach, share their knowledge and give great service...last time I had a rear shock change out, they waited until I got there so they could show me how it was done! They also try their best to minimise your time off your bike....sent my front shock in after a ride for a service and it was ready for my ride the next day!

Droo, just get a Credit Card machine boet!

Just dropped my bike down yesterday for as a first time customer so I'm keen to see what / how they do.

Really approachable on the phone and when I went in. Initially I phoned to get an idea about what they do and to talk over an issue, next day they gave me a ring to say they had a cancelation and an opening in the workshop that afternoon and I could have it back same day / next morning if the full rear shock rebuild went as normal! Great customer service.

Just got my bike back. Great work, great service and really sound guys.

Yup it's costs but they put in the work and to be honest it's one bill where I know I got value for money and Is a lot less than I'd imagine a lot of other LBS or agents.

Also, they have 26er tyres. Good ones. On a shelf. For sale and not hidden around the back in a dusty corner with betamax videos and power band bracelets.
