I quite enjoyed Stillwater
(Matt Damon is a bit like Tom Hanks - you always know what you are going to get)

Gave this a spin and enjoyed it ... a nice slow burn movie.

The Mummy - 9/10

Always been one of m favourite films but not seen it in a good number of years. I'm surprised how well it stands up tbh, the CGI still looks surprisingly good. Cast is just fantastic in every area.

Three Bilboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017) 8/10.

Watched Three Billboards last night and... Wow. I don't even know where to start. One of the most fascinating, riveting movies I've ever seen. Everything clicks, from the writing, casting and acting to the directing and the editing.

I loved it. I laughed out loud and winced and gasped and silently mouthed, "Holy S..." too many times to count. Not everyone will like it, but I am willing to bet that if you like it you won't just like it - you'll love it.

I finally got around to watching this. So glad that I did!
The trailer and blurb put me off as it seemed like too much of a drama. It was heavy going at times, but the strong, dark comedy streak kept it moving well.

Just watched a documentary (rockumentary) about Rush: Beyond the lighted stage.

What an incredible band they were. (are).

We watched this a few weeks back....

Worth the watch.  Liked the game idea of the film.  Got a bit long in the tooth near the end, but still a worth while time waster
