Great upgrade! Only bust is battery is different so all those spares you got for 3 and 3+ are no good! Otherwise all previous housings and mounts same as 3+.

That Hero4 Black is impressive but R7500! That's getting into body parts territory.

Nope, it has the same housing as the 3+ so still too big to be used for colonoscopies.

Pricing is crazy and there are very, very few 4k televisions around and the ones that are are a hell of a price, the base model Hero4 is gonna be a big seller.

I would love to see a poll of how many owners actually record in 4k and use it. Surely most people would be happy with 1080p and would prefer upgrades in battery life/image quality

Compared to these new prices... for R999 that sony as15 camera i picked up was a steal.

Been battling to find good video players for 4K and actually found the new GoPro Studio is only one which could play raw 4k 30fps footage. Editing software will also be able to take advantage of the 4K when cropping and rendering to HD but needs serious RAM and processing power! The big plus for me is the Night mode improvements and 1080 120fps upgrade so HD slomo should look great....

How much (percentage-wise) is the import duty?

Last time I ordered something from them I didn't pay any duty fees, I used DHL and they delivered at my work. But I'll keep you posted!
