What route for Majik?

With all the gate closures, what is the correct route to ride? The section along the dam is one direction as I understand it and the home owners get very nasty if you ride on the other side of the dam.

 

If I start at the bottom Gate, how do I cycle to the top of Majik to get to Lombards terra.

The alternative route is via Van Riebeekshof road or Tygervalley rd.

We're very aware of the great danger of this route but the ward counsellor is adamant that the road is plenty wide enough.

The gate up at the substation is still open so you can enter there and ride most of the way down but you will have to exit at the spar as only the pedestrian gates are open lower down (you are correct regarding riding on the house-side of the river lower down and there is signage indicating that cycling is not allowed).
