Shimano SPD cleat bolt replacement

Anybody know of a shop in Cape Town that carries spare Shimano SPD cleat bolts? 

 

Just bought a new set and managed to undo (and lose) one of the bolts while riding :/

Any lbs should have them lying around.

In an emergency, remember that most bottle cage bolts should work, in order to get you home.

I remove one of my shoes studs and replace it with a bolt ,so i always have a spare .Once you have your cleats in the correct position .Use a hairdryer to heat the cleat and then tighten .Once it cools it wont losen again
