Anyone know where to rent a race bike in Stavanger?

Hi.  I am travelling to Stavanger in Norway in June and would like to rent a road bike while I am there.  The net is not very helpful with suggestions so if anyone has any idea where I can get on, please let me know.

 

I do not really want to haul my bike all the way over there for three days!

hi Paul,send  a mail to Roger Grav,at roger@birk.no ,he owns Birk sport in Lillehammer,he might be able to help you with a contact person.birk sport has quite a few bike shops around Norway,and he is very involved in cycling.

the Norwegians are generally very friendly and helpful people.

Thanks Natalie.  Roger sends his regards.  But it does not seem to be a common thing renting bikes in Norway!  Probably would have to take me own with.
