USN Cup # 5 Stoke City

Have anyone ridden at Stoke City before? Apparently the some of the first USN cups was held there? Saw the route profile for the 50km looked relatively flat however have not idea on the type of terrain.

2011 when I did the 30km it was very fast and some sections of Red Barn, but I heard that it will not go into Red Barn at all. More or less flat and very fast think about 23/25kph, depending on your fitness. I don't know if I will do the race or enjoy myself on the Downhill bike...

 

Either a SS Rigid ride or a Downhill riding with the boys this Saturday.

Jip lionman crash has been quite a set back. It's coming on quite nicely but as you can imagine not nearly quick enough.

Oh my gawd just checked the weather on yr.no

this is not what I expected when I entered. You JHB bastards lied and said its warming up by August! 8am at the start line, 5.30am wake up. And then I still have to deal with my mother arriving in town that afternoon for a visit. I think its not a coincidence that the cold front arrives the same day...
