Bloody hell how is this for a start? Last night I got home at 00:45 after a real TOS day. I felt sorry for myself and had a Blue Label (Beer not whiskey- it quite lekke) and half my kids leftover Spur Burger. Comfort eating is my weak point. This morning I was UP by 1kg!!! Nice way to start a challenge, Buster!. The whole family has left for holiday today so I have the house to myself for 10days which means I can park my bikes anywhere in the house and I can go for night rides. Will have to do one tonight it seems.

Flippen heck Talus, you really do work hard. That makes it so much harder do lose weight.

Those blue labels are actually really good!

My work is winding down which is AWESOME, however I went for dinner to some mate's this eve. It was roast leg of lamb. I really tried to stay away from the golden brown crispy roasted potatoes and gravy... I tried, I really did. But when I saw the look on those little spuddies bursting with carbs, I just melted. Melted like the baked cheese cake that followed. This is going to be tough.

I am getting up earlier tomorrow so that I can ride before gym as penance for my eating sins.

Wasn't it you who said,,,,,,,dips you can't train away bad eating habits ;)

Not me. It is my way- train so that I can eat.

Come to think of it, it def. doesn't sound like you more like one of the anal ones,

50cc, OOM(very rich coming from him ;) ) or some other stick HUBBER, dips runs before I get roasted,,,,again

I don't have to change my eating to lose weight. I just have to get on the bike more than once or twice a week and do some quality training. Doesn't work riding with friends because you end up riding medium pace everywhere.
