Email queries and advice seeked are answered on time. General friendly, fast service!I placed an order yesterday (1 March) and today (2 March) I already have it in my hands - 1000km away!! Brilliant! If this level of service is anything to go by, Evobike definitely has me as their online shopper!! Janos is always happy to listen to me yack on the phone for 15 minutes to get his input on parts, etc. Never complains and always friendly. Big thumbs up from me. I urgently needed a odd sized chainring and they did not have stock of the specific item. I mailed Janos and he promised he'll make a plan. A day later I arrive at the office and the package is on my desk - click click, ding dong, done!
