Never buy or make wheels with Alu nipples and steel spokes. The pretty colours look nice but aren't worth the price of a 2nd hand nappy. If they are brass Nipples then there is something all types of wrong going on in the construction of the wheel. Bad luck dude. Veebee Posted September 16, 2016 Share So its Friday... But a good one that is. No BS, no excuses, both wheels where redone with brass nipples to avoid corrosion breaking them again. Remember it was only the front wheel that I was having trouble with, but it was best to have both done to avoid future trouble.
