Terrible Bike service

I make what I call an Egg pizza - fry up some meat pieces/ham/bacon/leftovers/sausage...whatever you like. Beat about 5 large eggs in a bowl, add some spice (black pepper, Aromat, herbs...whatever you like) then pour into the frying pan where you have the stuffs cooking.

Cook on low heat. Cover slightly with one of those steel cover things but not fully and cook until egg is cooked through. Don't flip over. Get a nice brown on the bottom.

Cut in half...add sauce (whatever you like)...serve...enjoy

Next time add a pinch of baking powder to the egg

I make this alot

Me slightly more generous though with a pinch.

It makes the egg base nice and fluffy.

One has to mix it in solid though and get rid of all the lumps.

For me no omelette is complete without mushrooms and bell peppers. Sometime's saute'd breadcrumbs and/or sesame seads is lekker too. I avoid salt and aromat. There's an assortment of shake on spices I use as substitutes depending on what I'm eating. They have become the type of thing I have to make sure I buy before the old runs out. Mainly these.

You can't carry koeksisters when you on your ride around the peninsula, hence the stop at the Caltex, it tastes just like the tieties in the neighbourhoods ones...

If it tastes like tieties in the neighbourhood then obviously it is not Koeksisters!!... :)
