Wannabe Posted February 28, 2017 Share Any of the locals interested in extending the ride after the ceremony?Carry on over the R304 to the R44, turn left towards Klapmuts, carry on to the R312 to Fruitsellers 4 way Stop, right on the R304 again to the Silos, left on R302 to Durbanville.From start at Graanendal shopping complex to back to Graanendal is 87.6km.Pace will not be hard, time for hard training is over, now it is time to keep the legs busy. MEMORIAL RIDE FOR GREGORY BASSON Friends and family of Gregory Basson who was recently killed in a hit-and-run incident on Bottelary Road, are planning a memorial ride on Saturday 4 March and would like cyclists to join them.The group will depart from Kuilsriver Ipic at 07h30 (meet at 07h00) to cycle to the spot where the accident happened (about 15 km one way) and where a ghost bike has been placed in remembrance of Gregory.
