This past weekend was the 12 hours of Killarney hosted by PPA.

We entered in the solo category and managed 4th place with 117 laps, about 383km.

A full write up is coming from the rider.

Any body else do the event? Was great fun and saw lots of regulars!

Well, "we" entered Calvin into the solo category... He did not really get much of a choice.

And I'm sure he loves you for it, or not!

When is the report due?!

What did the winners do?

Stephen did 417 km, our pacing strategy was not the best, basically had someone come tow on the front for 6 hours, did not help for the long game. Next year will aim at 450.

Conversations in your house must get quite tiresome.

Actually not really, we try not to take life and silly answers too seriously.

Great, thanks [emoji106]

You should throw in some numbers for us data junkies! E.g. what was his average hr as % of threshold and/or power?

Why??? Are you trying to be like Ross Tucker with Froome?? huh huh huh!!

I know for 6 hours my average was 159bpm, 34km average 4122 calories.

His heart rate was 144bpm for 12 hours and 8700 calories. 63% of max

Borrowed a pump from one of you guys (Silverback rider)

It was a great event. The turnout was somewhat disappointing tho.
