I wonder if/how the seeding will work for the MTB races?

I share your “wonder”... it’s Cycle Events database of events used.

My 6 years old daughter is ready to win the 6km MTB race. Is there a humper or trophy for the winner?.....trick up the sleeve.

I can’t remember, will have to ask the Rotary Anns what is/was available for the kiddies.

Same dat for next year... last weekend of October. Calendar fees already paid, so date is booked.

Frosty, you still have to tell us what the added feature for the race will be?

Did I mention full road closure for the final 15km?

But that’s not it... and isn’t really that big, just more convenient for a few.

Online entries will be extended, so don't panic if you left it to the last minute to enter.

Hi, how do I enter? When I click on the red link that says 'online entries are now open - click to enter' it takes me to a page that says 'online entries are now closed.

Is the kiddies mtb race all one big batch or do they go as per age group?

The kiddies MTB is split into two batches, and start as one group for each batch:

  • 1-3Km (07:30)

just under 1Km for a lap, with the option to do 1, 2 or 3 laps. Parents can walk with their kids, and can be seen for most of the route from the hospitality area.

  • 6-12Km (07:45)

just under 6Km for a lap, with the option to choose to do 1 or 2 laps. One parent can ride with (if they feel their child(ren) need the be accompanied).

Online entries close today at 12:00 (midday), and won't be extended again.

If one missed the deadline, there is no need to wait for registration to get a late entry. A "late entries" can be done online, once the seeding run has been done. No seeding for late entries, and we cannot guarantee that one's late entry will get placement in a group relative to one's seeding index.

Just managed to enter for the 125km, any idea what the elevation will be?

The "Road info" link on the website seems to be broken...
