On a side note, I have seen this before, how the hell did this photo shoot go down?

Cool, cover your face, um ok, now dunk yourself in the water, are you sure, now put your glasses back on and untie your helmet....

I got this image from the following Facebook page (https://web.facebook.com/selfieonbike/?hc_ref=NEWSFEED&fref=nf).

Seemingly a never-ending source of self-publicising soft-porn, interrupted occasionally by some cycling stuff. Mea culpa.....

Haha didn't think of that. I'm mainly commuting so understand about the cold in the morning but doesn't know a thing about looking cool on the bike :)

Make sure its a double century one, you will look cool ????

I have one or 2 'Epic' ones that are available as they are apparently NOT cool to wear outside of your bedroom .....

I realise that this topic may lack the gravitas necessary to receive serious replies but after 10 minutes of my early morning ride this morning my ears were freezing.

Other bits were insulated - a nice base layer from enjoyfitness - fleecy arm warmers - gloves - and the legs were working so not cold once I got going, cheeks covered with mamilian beard fur ..... but my ears were like ice cubes and got colder as the ride progressed.

Nobody would call me wingnut either, ears don't stick out too far although as I've got older they have got larger somehow, so I'm wondering: Is this a common cycling problem?

How do you solve it?

First oke to say "'n lekker warm klap" wins free tickets to have his ears tormented by Justin Bieber.

Ride three abreast during a CycleLab ride, and i'll warm your ears for you
