bologniusmaximus Posted November 22, 2017 Share Sup guys, Shopping for a 140mm travel bike. And then out of nowhere the Skyrim pops up. So I need some feedback from you blokes on the bikes, and which one you would buy or what you would rather look at for around the same price... Details: (I only care about 2 bikes in the range) Skyrim Comp: https://www.titanracingbikes.com/product/titan-comp-140mm-plus-skyrim-trail-bike/Skyrim Elite: https://www.titanracingbikes.com/product/titan-elite-140mm-plus-skyrim-trail-bike/ I'm leaning more towards the comp for ease of maintenance and having a 1x system. I also don't give a hoot about weight. It's all about enjoying the rides. Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted November 22, 2017 Share Yes. Cliffie (former PYGA) is there now and trying to move towards affordable trail shredders Ito bike design. If this was my budget, and I wanted new, I'd go for it. bologniusmaximus, Rocket-Boy, Danger Dassie and 2 others

Kalahari Vegmot Posted November 22, 2017 Share But do ride as many options-new and secondhand, as humanly possible. You'll thank yourself later!

bologniusmaximus Posted November 22, 2017 Share Slap on anither 6K for A proper fork and the bike would be seriously competitive The fork does have me a little worried. But yes, my plan was to do that. And get some better brakes as well in the future.

The bike just came out, I have not been able to find it in any store as yet. Most claim it is on order only for now.
bologniusmaximus Posted November 23, 2017 Share Perhaps it can be seen as a good thing that nobody has any alternatives to offer... Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk

But I want a plus bike because the trails here are super muddy and slippery. Sent from my LG-H815 using Tapatalk
