Surely personelle training/knowledge, experience, know how, attitude, stock selection etc should always play a role. There was another thread about bike shop service being kaaaaak and surely this kind of attitude will worsen that situation? But yes, if you want cheap prices, probably go to Solomons. If you want good service, probably don't go to Solomons. There is a major difference between a cheap LBS and a good LBS. And then as the store says they won't be beaten on price so get them down to cheapest and then when you are paying hand over your vouchers. Boom.
