His partner on the tandem was Janine Hopkins Vice principal at Boksburg High . She taught all my kids through their school years there . RIP Janine and Frans . The Ouzo Posted November 30, 2019 Share Sorry to bear bad news. Frans was killed this morning. Him and his tandem partner, Janine were hit by a taxi. Janine died on impact, Frans died in hospital. Top of electron road in isando.oh no, I was there this morning, must have happened soon afterwards. RIP. to an outstanding gentleman.
