corriekuilder Posted March 30, 2018 Share So,we bit the bullet,entered for the 2018 K2C,awesome. Now I know that there is a world full of knowledge from hubbers who have done it before, and I need some info and wisdom please. We are planning to camp at Vic-bay,and on the morning of the race,drive to Uniondale. Now the problem lies with our vehicle that will be at Uniondale,and how to get it to knysna. Considering the following options,(1) Drive up,and have someone (unknown) driving it down to knysna (2) Use a shuttle service of some sort to take us to uniondale, do the race, and be taken to Vic-bay again from knysna. bj horn Posted March 30, 2018 Share Take a friend ,family member or long lost relative with to drive your car.Camp at Uniondale showground .Very festive .Lekka food and lots to drink. wessie12 Posted March 30, 2018 Share Hi Corrie. Ek gaan ook ry en maak gebruik van n familie lid om ons af te laai in Uniondale. K2C is redelik maklik met geen tegniese paaie. Herculis Posted May 1, 2018 Share Jip my vrou en ek het ook ingeskryf vir ons eerste een. Ons gaan in knysna bly en sal dan die Sondag oggend opry na Uniondale. Ons het ook nie n dedicated bestuurder om ons kar terug te vat nie. Indien n ander paartjie belangstel kan ons saam met n voertuig opry die oggend en dan na die wedren of die Maandag oggend met die ander voertuig weer opry om die ander kar te kry. Albei voertuie sal 4 fietse moet kan vervoer sonder dat hulle beskadig. My bakkie het n rak bo op bak en die fietse is ver van mekaar af. Idiaal sal wees om die eerste voertuig op te tel die Maandag oggend oppad huis toe.Dis nou as daar n veilige plek is om die voertuig te los.
