hagar Posted April 17, 2018 Share Good morning i would like to know if there is anyone that can help me with this issue . I purchased a tacx neo a few weeks back and am using the TTS4 software . I was told and read about the "roadfeel" of the trainer which sounded quite nice to experience so i contacted Tacx nertherlands via their website and asked how one turns this on . i was told to download the tacx utilities app and use this to turn the feature on or off . they also said i should update the trainer firmware. whilst the update was running it stopped and rebooted saying that it had failed now the trainer wont read the TTS 4 software that i was using . Coolheat the importers say i should contact Tacx as they cant assist me . CWC where i purchased the trainer said they would call me back . tacx netherlands have still not contacted me . does anyone have any solutions for me or have experienced this . thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
obree Posted June 16, 2018 Share old topic , only saw today... Dont use TTS4 deskktop software, Use the app on yr fone or ipad. The firmawre and road feel is on the Tacx Utility app, works perfectly. tried once then switched it off. I dont need distractions like that to train I just ride.
