Numb and Tingling feet.

Hi guys..

 

Im sure most of us has experianced it before..

 

At around 20-30km my left Foot starts getting numb on the ball off the feet and slightly burning and pins and needles..

 

Im sure its a nerv but can say if it in my posture of riding..

 

Any info regarding fixes ?

Did a bike Fit by a Approved guy..

 

But not for shoes and cleats did that myself.. might be something to look into.. thanks

Maybe your cleats are to far forward.

You must do a bike fit WITH shoes. The ''approved'' guy doesn't sound very approved if he did not tell you to bring your shoes  :huh:

I had a similar issue with pins and needles but that was just down to a slightly small shoe and tightening the BOA too much.

I had the same problem. 

 

Went from shoes and flats to spds and wide mtb shoes. 

 

fixed the problem for me. The ryder Bora is the old olympics that seems like a wide shoe.... 

 

So get the setup done first, and if that does not work, try n different shoe. I ride with Giros at this stage

Had something similar happen to me. Realised I tightened my shoes too much, so as your feet swell from the heat they start going numb.

8/10 times shoes that are over tightened.
