Tabula Rasa Posted September 11, 2018 Share Which discipline MTB or Road? And what pedals do you use? And are your shoes a proper fit?
Rick Sanchez Posted September 11, 2018 Share Most probably a cleat setup/shoe issue. Go get a good cleat setup done by a bike fitter

Rick Sanchez Posted September 11, 2018 Share Changing pedals won't help. Trust me it's a cleat set up issue.
Rick Sanchez Posted September 11, 2018 Share Try this Good starting point, otherwise go see someone who can do a decent setup. Geronimo
Geronimo Posted September 11, 2018 Share You must do a bike fit WITH shoes. The ''approved'' guy doesn't sound very approved if he did not tell you to bring your shoes I had a similar issue with pins and needles but that was just down to a slightly small shoe and tightening the BOA too much. dirtypot and Nibali
Allrounder Posted September 11, 2018 Share I had the same problem. Went from shoes and flats to spds and wide mtb shoes. fixed the problem for me. The ryder Bora is the old olympics that seems like a wide shoe.... So get the setup done first, and if that does not work, try n different shoe. I ride with Giros at this stage Geronimo

Had something similar happen to me. Realised I tightened my shoes too much, so as your feet swell from the heat they start going numb. stefmeister
