Primate Posted October 20, 2018 Share First time poster! Hello to everyone! Originally posted this under "Sucunda to Durban..." I think this title is a better suited and I am trying to create some awareness for them. My brother in-law (Bryan Cusack) and tandem partner (Brennan Anderson) will be attempting to ride from Sucunda at 10am to join up at the starting line-up of the Tsogo Sun Amashova Durban Classic, that is an epic 600km ride in 24 hours! I spoke to them this morning and they are in good spirits. Bryan informed me that the weather is going to be wet for about 200km with a head wind most of the way. He just said "it is what it is". Lets try and help these guys raise some funds, it's for a good cause! For more information see the article links below: Article - http://thecows.co.za...c-for-the-cows/ Donation Link - https://www.givengai...rhourtandemcows I will be phoning the team every 3-4 hours to get updates on how things are going which I will post to this topic. If there is anything specific you would like me to post then please let me know. I will give the following updates: Distance Covered / Elevation / General well being / etc Lets support and help these guys! If you would like to pass on a message to the guys then post it and I will move it on to them. I recon they are going to need it as some stage! Lets support! Primate Posted October 20, 2018 Share Update that came in at 19:40 The guys had a quick pee break! Took some food in and apparently feeling okay! They broke the 300km mark just before 20:00. The rain has cleared and the temperature has increased which it great news for them. http://bryancusack.co.za/amashova/image9.jpg Andrew_Smith
