LOL ... suspect many experienced that frustration.

Fingers crossed for that Garmin 520 @ 2999. ;)

Can I get some frame protector stickers on sale please? You have some BBB currently going for R190 on normal price.

Ok - so possibly marginally slower than normal, but not alarmingly so.

Was just wondering when I need to start worrying.

Thx.

  • 3 weeks later...

My colleague placed order on a set of Vision Road wheelset on 22nd November. They informed him a day later that the wheelset was outv stock and he would have to wait a max 2 weeks for shipment to come from supplier.

My colleague being a very patient guy, followed up this morning and got a very sour response from Dean at online sales. End of this week it will be a month after placing the order.

WTF cwc (or should i say cycle lab)???

Dean's normally very helpful.

Some end of year blues perhaps.?

That said, online sites which don't update timeously and end up selling out of stock items can be really frustrating.

yeah but this was part of the BF madness. The problem here is they offered him a refund at the time or a 2 week wait. He opted to wait and stall his bike build slightly.

If he had known it would take a month (or more) he most likely made alternate plans at the time.

But why lose a customer? They can wait mos. Two weeks! Quick quick. Sommer so. Speciar Plice!
