babse Posted December 18, 2018 Share My colleague placed order on a set of Vision Road wheelset on 22nd November. They informed him a day later that the wheelset was outv stock and he would have to wait a max 2 weeks for shipment to come from supplier. My colleague being a very patient guy, followed up this morning and got a very sour response from Dean at online sales. End of this week it will be a month after placing the order. babse Posted December 18, 2018 Share yeah but this was part of the BF madness. The problem here is they offered him a refund at the time or a 2 week wait. He opted to wait and stall his bike build slightly. If he had known it would take a month (or more) he most likely made alternate plans at the time.
