mecheng89 Posted November 25, 2018 Share Good afternoon Hubbers! Anyone ever attempt to replace the Boa dials on their cycling shoes? If so, are there local stockists of the replacement kits?
Grease_Monkey Posted November 25, 2018 Share I have seen some replacement kits at Specialized. Not sure if it specific to their shoes, but I am sure any shop stocking boa equiped shoes will be able to order a pair for you.
Smartie Posted November 25, 2018 Share Yes, replaced a couple. Quick and easy. Bought mine at Specialized, just match the model number. But yes, as above, any shop stocking Boa shoes be able to source them.
EmptyB Posted November 25, 2018 Share Bought mine at a Spez store....they serviced the Boa dials for free about a year after i bought them. Came back good as new. Never done it myself though............
Martin PJ Posted November 25, 2018 Share They are warranteed for life. I went into some boa website and ordered some once the lace broke on one shoe. It took ages but a free single boa kit eventually did arrive. In the meantime I had the shoes fixed at a Specialised store.
mecheng89 Posted November 26, 2018 Share DMT shoes however. I found a local website, emailed them and awaiting for a reply to see if they have stock. wendfan

tubed Posted November 27, 2018 Share Good afternoon Hubbers! Anyone ever attempt to replace the Boa dials on their cycling shoes? If so, are there local stockists of the replacement kits?Ordered mine online via their website and then tried to forget about it as the post takes so long - picked them up from the local PO and then followed the instructions / video online - working just fine now, quite easy once you understand the threading. If you dont want to wait/ cant wait then buy locally.

NicoR Posted January 30, 2021 Share Anyone have the contact details to order theae dials or what the easiest route is to follow?Log your warranty online. Google BOA Warranty claim. Follow the steps as set out on their website. A few pictures of the shoe etc. Receive the dials about 3 days later. Received warranty replacements last year during hard lockdown. No issues.
