Surely some of the importers are following these threads .... Maybe a loan unit .... hint-hint .... Trackz Posted May 3, 2019 Share Garmins reset when put on charge but you can get an on-the-fly charging cable cable and use a powerbank. Not sure if this is 100% correct. I think the OTF cable only applies to older or some Garmin units. I have an Edge 810 and it can recharge using a mini-usb from a power bank while riding/racing without resetting.
