Dexter-morgan Posted May 9, 2019 Share I somehow recall you being into crossfit. if true, I find it hard to believe you have muscular imbalance given the often symmetrical loading of crossfit exercises. So if you are having power imbalances, I'm inclined to wonder if your bike suggested shims under the cleats for the right leg. That is, do you have a leg length discrepancy between left and right? Thanks, I will check it out. Pulse Posted May 9, 2019 Share For muscle strength, differences up to 10% is deemed normal.

Dexter-morgan Posted June 10, 2019 Share Morning All, just for interest sake, my Garmin told me my PM battery is low, and low and behold, the light on the one pedal was red, Changed batteries and re-tightened the spindles and after a quick spin on the trainer power is back to 51/49, I can live with that. and now that I had to calibrate the pedals they are much closer to my Kickr power.
