I don't see it.

It doesn't do it 4 Me.

I accept its not for everyone.

To each their own and all.

It was a fun process, and im glad i could play around and learn a bit. would recommend everyone try something of the like at some stage in their lives at-least.

I'm pretty proud of the quality of the outcome, which is something i was very scared not to be able to reach.

Ill hopefully get to do some nice photos of the full build soon!

Nothing fancy component wise, but its turned out pretty damn neat...in my opinion - any bike that gets you riding is a good bike!

Lets see what you ride then?

I ride a Merida Big 9 (HardTail). 1xConversion.

Average about 250 Km per Week in Gauteng.

I'm been Honest (I love Art and custom Spray Jobs )

But that bike I don't like it, Something is missing.

So the dude puts a huge amount of effort into a build and a thread to share it with the community and you click reply just to say that you dont like it.

Great form dude

He didn't ask you how little you ride every week

He wanted you to show your store bought bike that is apparently much better looking than a custom sprayed bike. (by someone who doesn't do it for a living and who had the "goons" to actually attempt a custom job that the rest are to scared to even attempt)

I can tell you, I have done a couple of bikes, and I am too chickenshit to try a sprayjob myself. I have always farmed it out to professionals like Jared at BMC or Anton (Bogus Designs). This thread made me think that I should give it a try myself! No other build thread managed that! Great stuff!

The way I see it: Cock it up first and then send it to the pro's  :D

I reckon the mad skills is the hydro dipping and prepwork done. Especially the way the logos were done.

I did a frame a few years ago, i used paint stripper to remove the paint, washed it off and sprayed it. Then stuck some decals on it.

Sounds pretty simple, but took me 2 weeks to complete.
