There is nothing more irritating than having someone make an offer and get you to drop 2k off your price and then commit to making a payment and then nothing.. The worst part of it all is I messaged him the next day to check on what's going and confirm the sale only to get some bull**** response about I am in a meeting and will call back.. Well what do you know, he is still in a meeting.
