With a max speed of 70.4km/h in the sprint, @WoutvanAert is the first Flag of Belgium Belgian rider with multiple Stage wins in a single edition of @LeTour since @tomboonen1 in 2007

They did well. It took a very special rider to deny them the win today.

Im not saying they are not doing well, im just saying that is what it feels like. Its not the first time someone from the team is passed like that. Just feeling gutted for them

12% for a 46km/h average or greater (3:32:03 race time).

This means that Caleb & co have 3:57 to cross the line... if I've worked the 12% out correctly.

They made it with 5min to spare according to Gerrans

Why was JA complaining?

Not sure about complaining but he wasn't to happy with how his sprint went. Apparently he got unclipped during the sprint. This from to the interview with him on Eurosport. Maybe he is upset at not having a chance to contest for the win and salvage DQS's day along with it.
