Looking for some advice on places/trails or groups that I might be able to ride with in East London, will be there from Wednesday to Saturday next week and thinking of taking my bike with, will it be worth it?

All trails R20 (each) and ride as much as you want, fairly protected from the wind if the weather is ***

Cafe du Jardine / Chicken knee https://goo.gl/maps/18B7rYNg7S6Mv3149
3 Silos https://goo.gl/maps/PZMZvaVL6TfEhLZz6

Went to 3 silos this morning beautiful trails, could/would be an amazing place to ride, but today was a BAD day to go there, what an unpleasant ride, mud packing up on the tyres every 100m, zero grip, had to push up the hills because the rear was just spinning, then your shoes get full of mud and also slide all over the place, just not pleasant at all, will have to try it again when it is a little more dry

Lots of rain in EL over the last few days so not a good idea heading into the bush !

Ya, I didnt know that, I do now, back home you can ride after plenty rain, even riding in the rain is not a problem, anyway, I know for next time now

Think its been worse because we haven't seen much rain this summer . I think floredale and chicken farm would be better.

Or drive up early tomorrow for hogsback hobbiton ride .
