Think I should invite some old mates to this thread one was measured on training camp at 20. Send to the specialist for a 24h follow up for several days. When I measure mine either sitting on the couch or sitting at my desk its usually between mid 60s and low to mid 70s. madbradd Posted December 19, 2019 Share Back in the glory days (20 odd years ago) lowest I measured (counted) was 28. Curreny sit in the 40s during blood donation or bp measurements.
