Haven't measured in year was around 40 when fit got as low as 36.

Think I should invite some old mates to this thread one was measured on training camp at 20. Send to the specialist for a 24h follow up for several days. They officialy set him at 18 yep over 3sec between each beat got the all clear to keep on racing though.

How are you guys measuring resting HR ? When you just wake up and still in bed ? Let your watch do it while you sleep ?

When I measure mine either sitting on the couch or sitting at my desk its usually between mid 60s and low to mid 70s. Should I be worried ?

I max out at 187

Back in the glory days (20 odd years ago) lowest I measured (counted) was 28. Curreny sit in the 40s during blood donation or bp measurements. As for max I hit 184 on a ride the other day which is the max I've seen for a bit.
