Flat pedal mtb shoes

I'm looking for a pair of flat pedal mtb shoes for my wife. something like the 5Ten or equivalent.

There are lots of stores online but the wife doesn't know her size and prefers to try the shoe on first.

I cannot find a place that sells shoes like this that I can go and physically touch the shoe.

I have tried Sportmans warehouse, Olympic and CWC but no luck. They all have a selection of clipless mtb shoes but not the flat pedal shoes that I'm looking for.

Can anybody steer me in a direction where I can find some kind of shoe to look at in the Cape Town area?

Try 2FO's at a Specialized store. I love mine.

They look like a great shoe. I've always viewd Specialised as a superior (albeit expensive) product. I'll pop into my nearest Specialised LBS this weekend. Thanks for the tip

Thats the shoe that I'm looking for. Bike addict is in Malmesbury. I'd like to source something a little closer before I trek all the way out there.

Thanks

You can also try The Brand Stable in Blouberg.  They have the Ion Raid flat pedal shoe that gets good reviews.

Also very happy with my 2FOs (clipless version). Although I haven't ridden Spaz flat shoes, I have ridden enough of their shoes to know they are pretty dam amazing as shoes go.

I rate my 2FO's more highly than my older Freeriders ito durability and comfort... And they're a better fit, since Adidas took over and messed up the fit.

I have had my five tens for 5 years lol, still going strong, would not mind trying something else. My wife has five tens size 4.5uk, also loves them.

Also prefer mine (by a country mile) over my previous 5.10 Maltese Falcons.

Thanks all for the inputs

Ive been scratching around and it seems that I'll be visiting Durbanville area this weekend. Its amazing that there is nothing in the southern suburbs. Freewheel Cycology in Kenilworth only has one or two sizes. None of them suitable. Revolution cycles also don't have the correct sizes although they can get for me.

Tygerberg has got all the sizes I want so I'll try them and also look at the Ion at Giant Durbanville while I'm there
