I mean, we normally have 35k starters, and we could even have the start spaced out over a longer period than normal.
I suppose the question also is whether a group of people moving outdoor constitutes a gathering. It's not really comparable to a music event or something.

Curious to see how, with the reduced level 2 gathering limit of 500, the tour operator will manage +20k entrants.

15,000 entrant and each start batch is a single gathering.

if we want events to go ahead then this will be the hoops we need to jump through under the current conditions

Waiting to see, if I have to give proof of my vaccine it's going to be fun (European certificate), but being an international event it shouldn't be too much of a problem
