Just think there are a lot of very disgruntled and grumpy customers out there, me included.I am assuming this is because they "sold" us stock that they had bought and paid for but where still waiting for it to be shipped/cleared/delivered to their stores. Provided this is the case and considering our current circumstances I believe this is perfectly acceptable sales/business practice. I for one have never been let down buy CWC to date and so will give them the benefit of the doubt and practice some patience albeit I must confess a hard task. Yes i understand these are trying times and I have never had issues with CWC before, but at least be honest and upfront with us. But I don't think they actually looked it up before answering me, sounded like a standard answer...
